Terms and conditions of sale

  • Any claims with regards to damaged items or product quality issues should be resolved prior to installation and within 30 days of delivery.
  • All orders are subject to Comfort Outlet's Terms of Sale
  • All purchases are subject to availability. Product availability as well as payment and delivery information will be confirmed prior to completion of the order.
  • All products may be subject to local regulatory requirements. If in doubt, consult the relevant local regulatory body to ensure your selected products fulfill regional regulatory requirements.
  • All products are subject to provincial and federal tax requirements.
  • Natural color variation to be expected for all products, especially natural flooring materials such as wood.
  • Comfort Outlet provides no guarantee that the color, texture or detail you see matches that of the subject product. Color, texture and detail variances may occur including but not limited to as a result of the monitor you utilize
    to view the product on the site and the display settings and capabilities of such monitor.
  • Please inspect the product packaging for any indication that damage to the product may have occurred during shipping and to verify that the correct products and quantities have been received before signing for receipt of goods.
  • If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changing the address may be impossible once your order is in transit. All address changes must be made through Comfort Outlet .
  • If there is either damage or short shipment, please indicate this by writing "Damage" or "Short" on the delivery waybill.
  • Clearance Items: Many clearance items are discontinued and will be definitely unavailable for purchase once out of stock. If damaged in transit, customer will get a replacement, if still in stock, or either a cash refund or a different product if not. All sales of clearance items are final and ineligible for return. Full warranty applies unless otherwise stated.
  • For all orders, Comfort Outlet reserves the right to verify the client's identity in asking for various additional proofs such as but not limited to a drivers permit and reserves the right to refuse the transaction if such proofs cannot be supplied.
  • Comfort Outlet may at its discretion, charge a re-stoking fee of 25%, base on the type of product purchased. Contact us for more details and to verify if your product is subject to such a fee.
